Tasks

  • Act as a strategic partner to local management to support business initiatives with aligned, effective, and responsible HR practices.
  • Promote and embed the company culture by supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure smooth labor relations in a unionized environment and represent the employer in various labor relations committees.
