**Human Resources Director**
Strategically partner with AAR leaders to establish a positive environment to promote growth within multiple business units. Ensure all corporate policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements, including those from EEO, Department of Labor, and Affirmative Action policies for multiple business units are followed and adhered to.

**What you will be responsible for:**

+ Partner with business leaders to implement strategic programs to respond to employee survey results and continually enhance environment.
+ Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance (i.e. Affirmative Action, EEO, Department of Labor).
