Our client, an American electric automotive company is hiring for a People Partner Coordinator to join their human resources generalist team in Normal, IL.
This team is supporting tier 1 employee inquiries for benefits, payroll, policies and general questions via case management, chat, and in-person walk-ups. As a People Partner Coordinator, you will own each case and diagnose and resolve employee questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing an HR service request platform in the past!
**Required Skills:**

+ 2+ years in HR shared services, People Operations, or high-volume employee/customer support.
+ Systems fluency with HRIS and ticketing (ServiceNow, Workday, iCIMS or comparable tools).
