Phoenix Home Care & Hospice | Joplin Office
Location: Joplin, MO
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | No weekends
Pay: $18-$22 per hour
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Joplin team. This role plays an important part in supporting the hiring and onboarding process while helping ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared from day one.
As an HR Coordinator, you will assist with onboarding, background checks, orientation, and general HR administrative support. You will work closely with both office staff and field employees while helping maintain organized records and a smooth hiring process.
