As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will deliver both strategic and operational HR leadership to designated business units. Operating within the HR Business Partner model, you will partner closely with the Director, Human Resources and HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated, enterprise-aligned people solutions.

In this role, you will serve as the primary HR partner to the Product organization, supporting leaders in a fast-paced, product-led environment, while also owning senior executive (C-suite) relationships within the Finance organization and ensuring cohesive, end-to-end HR support across the full Finance team.

You will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and enabling a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
