Role Description

The Human Resources Business Partner Ost Schweiz is a full-time Temporary position with a future option for a permanent position, on‑site role based in the canton Thurgau. In this position, you work closely with leaders and teams in the Eastern Switzerland region, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, supporting workforce planning, guiding recruitment and onboarding activities, and partnering with managers on performance and talent development. You handle employee relations matters, coach leaders on people management topics, and ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations. The role also involves driving HR projects, implementing HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and collaborating with colleagues in Lausanne and other locations to ensure consistent, high‑quality HR service.
