Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS) Ownership:
β’ Drive end-to-end execution of the organizational performance management cycle
β’ Design, implement, and continuously improve PMS frameworks
β’ Manage goal-setting, KPI cascading, quarterly reviews, mid-year and annual appraisals
β’ Ensure performance alignment with business objectives β’ Track completion and adherence across departments
β’ Drive calibration processes to ensure rating consistency
β’ Identify performance gaps and recommend interventions
KPI Governance & Performance Analytics :
β’ Work with functional leaders to define measurable KPIs
β’ Monitor department-wise performance scorecards
β’ Analyze performance trends and generate insights
β’ Publish monthly and quarterly performance dashboards β’ Identify low-performance trends and support corrective action planning
