PwC is looking for a BUHC/ HRBP professional to partner with business teams and support key Human Capital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business team to help drive HC strategies.
• Active involvement in the performance appraisal process for the LOS.
• Drive functional and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinating with peers from other locations to work on common projects, as and when required.
• Coordinating with HC Shared Services teams for various inputs relating to the employee life cycle.
