Paterson Grain is looking for a motivated and organized HR professional to join our team on a term basis. The ideal candidate will have previous HR or recruitment experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, career fairs, and candidate outreach
• Review, shortlist, and organize resumes for hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and candidate pre-screens
• Coordinate and book interviews with candidates and managers
• Enter new hire information and employee hours into company systems accurately
• Update and maintain Excel trackers
• Maintain employee files and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
