The Human Resources Assistant will provide hands-on administrative and systems support to the HR team, focusing on I-9 management, employee file organization, HRIS and ATS data clean-up, and benefits and vacation audits. This temporary, onsite role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and wants to deepen their experience in HR operations and compliance.
Responsibilities

+ Maintain original I-9 documents in personnel files in accurate alphabetical order and ensure they are securely stored.

+ Create, maintain, and regularly update an I-9 tracker for audit and compliance purposes.
