Job Description
Purpose of the Position
- The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment process, in line with the talent acquisition requirements.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate and timely recruitment and appointment of talent
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to recruitment team members including but not limited to Online Talent Searching, customized screening and sourcing strategies.
- Monitor Recruitment inbox and provide customer service and accurate advice to LBSC business and candidates relating to recruitment and selection.
- Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management.
- Coordinate the pre-employment checks.
