Responsibilities

• Management of all Brazilian recruitment processes to attract best candidates and ensure efficient hand‑over between employees.
• Manage recruitment and selection, arrange suitable selection methods, and provide all candidates with constructive feedback.
• Identify training needs and plan and implement continuous development programs.
• Advise management on performance review feedback and individual development requirements derived from performance review and one‑to‑one discussions.
• Support local management and corporate head office on employment law issues such as flexible working, discipline, grievance, health and safety, maternity/adoption/paternity leave, and general matters.
• Evaluate and promote initiatives to improve work environment and employee satisfaction.
