Job Description
Explore this opportunity to demonstrate or hone your HR and Recruitment skills for an 18 month term period! As HR Administrator you will support the HR Team and hiring cycle for our Client, a highly respected Western Canadian organization, with head office in Regina.
You will:
- Serve as a main point of contact for applicants, provide updates and ensure a professional, positive experience for all candidates.
- Assist in job description preparation, career postings on job boards and ensure the applicant tracking system database is up to date on a daily basis.
- Respond to candidate enquiries by phone or email, pre-screen candidates, book interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and the hiring managers. Ensure a smooth, compliant and efficient process.
- Coordinate events, employee recognition programs, education enrollment and ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date.
