Join UPEI as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department, managing a busy environment and supporting HR functions crucial to the university's operations.
This full-time position requires a motivated individual to provide critical administrative support to the Director and HR Managers. In this role, you will assist with recruitment and the management of student staffing as well as handle sensitive inquiries. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director by maintaining their calendar and scheduling meetings
• Track and prepare departmental budgets and payments
• Assist in grievance processes and collective agreement timelines
• Manage HR-related inquiries from employees and the public
• Maintain supplies and equipment for HR operations

• Completed post-secondary program in relevant field
• Two years of related HR experience preferred
