We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, resourceful, and capable of handling both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

• Support daily HR operations and general administrative functions.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and Government‑Paid Leave claims.
• Administer work pass matters, including quota management and applications.
