Responsibilities What are the Major Duties of this Position? Responsible for scheduling and implementing local training and ensuring that all employees receive their required training, as well as career enhancement training. Works with institution department heads to assure adequate training plans exist to train probationary staff, as well as seasoned employees, and assists as necessary in the instruction of trainees enrolled in institution training courses. Work closely with the Training Coaches and Certified Instructors in preparation for local trainings by assisting in developing teaching concepts and techniques, as well as the use and maintenance of all classroom equipment.
