The HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, weekly payroll processing, and providing human resources administrative support. Recruiting duties include sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, presenting, and recommending the best fit, qualified candidates for open positions. Recruiting duties also include new employee onboarding orientation meetings and the new employee health benefit enrollments.
