Job Description
Responsible for providing support in the functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), employee development, labor relations, and related areas. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Provide a full range of HR support to include compensation, performance management, employee relations, training & development, benefits and employment law.
+ Review and interpret HR Policies and Procedures, makes recommendation to senior management regarding new policies and changes to existing policies, meeting legal requirements and business objectives.
+ Provides resolution for employee compensation/benefit related issues.
+ Facilitate resolution of confidential and sensitive employee relations issues by working with senior level management and employees. Oversees all disciplinary actions
