Required to administer and maintain the HCM systems, including payroll systems, and ensures their continuous improvement. This includes overseeing automation, system upgrades/patches, integration and configuration of HCM and Payroll software. Develop, document and maintain efficient and compliant business process workflows and SOPs for the HRIS, ensuring comprehensive internal control is implemented within existing and new processes. Gather and analyze data to enhance HR strategies and processes, offering recommendations to improve functional productivity and streamline workflows within the HR department. Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws and uphold data accuracy in systems. Maintain and administer existing/adβhoc reports for users.
