What The Role Is You will be part of the HR shared service team providing operational support for HDB's medical, dental and insurance benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing of claims, maintaining compliance with policies, and delivering efficient service to staff. What You Will Be Working On You will be responsible for the following areas: Process medical and dental claims including outpatient, hospitalisation, and day surgery claims, ensuring accurate verification of receipts and supporting documents against claims guidelines and the timely processing of claims Handle staff enquiries regarding medical benefits, claims procedures, and policy clarifications.
