Job Description
HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies)
Prepare and manage employment contracts offer letters and HR-related documents
Track and manage employee attendance leave records and absences
Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in leave deductions overtime etc.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate the onboarding process including orientation document collection and induction
Manage the offboarding process ensuring smooth exit formalities and final settlements
Prepare necessary forms and clearance certificates
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support grievance handling and promote a positive work environment
