Overview
The Human Factors Operations Manager is a key leadership role within Amentum's Technology Division, accountable for the delivery, performance, and growth of Human Factors capability across a portfolio of programmes and clients. The role combines operational leadership, people management, and business growth, ensuring the effective integration of Human Factors into complex, safety-critical environments. The postholder will work collaboratively across Amentum to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients, while developing capability and supporting the longβterm growth of the business. This is a flexible role location, with travel as required to support client delivery and business needs.
Responsibilities
