Job Description
Position Specific Requirements
- To assist with administration and recruitment tasks for the Laguna Jobs team.
- To coordinate job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.
- Provide updates on recruitment progress and address any issues or concerns regarding candidates or the hiring process.
- To coordinate with hotel operations to support hiring of casual staff.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
- Learn to conduct training for the Banyan orientation and onboarding program.
- To assist on the casual payroll management and records.
- To prepare the employment reports as required by employment department for Manager review.
- To support Laguna Jobs and CHC team in all activities as required.
