Job Summary:

The HubSpot Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's marketing and sales. This role is focused on behind-the-scenes administrative support cleaning and importing CRM data, assigning records, staging content, generating reports, and ensuring system consistency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign HubSpot records and adjust workflows as needed due to territory shifts.
• Clean and manage data in HubSpot, ensuring duplicates, errors, and outdated information are addressed.
