This is a role where leadership meets delivery. As a Territory Trade Support Manager, for our Auckland South Hub you’ll take charge of Trade Support and Branch Administration teams from Cook Street Auckland CBD branch and to our Pukekohe branch, connecting these support functions between Account Managers and Trade Customers. With a strong focus on refining how we work, lifting service standards, and executing initiatives to enable growth you will lead from the ground up, make smart calls and build a team culture that nails the basics with every interaction, order and system behind the scenes. 

Lead a team, connecting people and processes, setting direction, coaching, and building capabilities to deliver service aligned with commercial goals
