Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Teaching and Learning Transformation Hub (the Hub) houses the Tutoring and Learning Supports (TLS) department, the Library and Educational Resources (LER) department, and the Academic Professional Development (APD) department. This role works with the Executive Director to create welcoming, safe, and efficient spaces and processes that support student learning. The Hub Operations Coordinator takes a lead role in managing the Hub front desk and physical spaces, shaping customer experiences by providing quality customer service and clear access to and support for library and tutoring services. This role schedules student staff, ensures front desk coverage, and provides operational support for the Hubβs physical spaces, including technology, signage, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
