Our Hub Manager (RN) will:
+ Collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate a safe quality experience for patients through the continuum of care.

+ Evaluate bed requests and assign beds on a priority basis to facilitate flow.

+ Efficiently place each patient and verifies he/she is in the appropriate level of care and correct patient status/type.

+ Serve as an expert resource in patient flow, status and progression and provides ongoing education to staff, physicians, patients, and their significant others.

+ Provide centralized one-call service for direct admits and facility transfers.
