Job Details

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • As a senior member of the Advanced Technology organization lead the development of Heat exchanger. (e.g. higher performance and cost reduction of heat exchangers.)
  • Conduct the development/improvement of heat exchanger for the air-conditioner (Residential air-conditioner, Commercial Air-conditioner) based on the heat transfer performance and flow dynamics performance of air-side and refrigerant-side by numerical and experimental analysis.
  • Lead development and timely transfer of advanced technologies of heat exchanger to the relevant product platform teams.
  • Work with platform and respective other component designer to identify gaps/opportunities for improving performance and cost structure
  • Support development and maintenance of the multi-year technology development and implementation roadmap
