Job Description
Key Roles And Responsibilities HSSE Systems & Documentation
- Responsible for Integra workflows, data extraction, reporting, and HSSE submissions records.
- Maintain accurate HSSE records, registers, and document control.
- Route documents through Docusign for electronic signatures, ensuring all approvals are secured within established timelines.
- Solar Safe Work Procedures.
- O&M Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- O&M Fall Prevention Plan and Emergency Response Plan.
- Execute PPE procurement, inventory, issuance, and distribution.
- Execute Fall Prevention Equipment re-certification with suppliers.
- Maintain Equipment Calibration records for O&M tools and equipment.
