Your mission, roles and responsibilities


The HSE Graduate is responsible for guiding management regarding HSE processes and requirements to ensure legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group’s HSE policy and procedures

The main missions of the role are:

  • Conduct internal HSE measurements, inspections, and audits to analyse the site’s risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect for the environment.
  • Propose and annual HSE action plan to the Site Management.
  • Coach and support the plant management and deploy in HSE practices and requirements.
  • Participate in Faurecia’s HSE network and deploy all HSE Standards within the organization.
