- Develops, implements, and monitors HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local laws and global best practices.
- Conducts risk assessments and hazard identification for all project phases; recommends and enforces mitigation strategies.
- Leads incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Interfaces with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure HSE requirements are understood and met.
- Prepares and delivers HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Maintains accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and training in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinates emergency response planning and drills.
- Monitors compliance with PPE usage, safe work procedures, and site safety rules.
