About the Role

As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across large-scale mission-critical construction projects. Acting on behalf of the owner, you will ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and environmental performance are maintained throughout all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HSE activities across hyperscale data center construction projects
• Develop, implement, and maintain project HSE plans, procedures, and policies
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE standards and site requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across all project teams
