HSE Engineer Job Description Job brief We are looking for a proactive HSE Engineer to implement, monitor and continuously improve health, safety and environmental practices across water and wastewater construction projects. The role ensures compliance with company HSE policy, UAE regulations and client requirements to achieve incident-free operations. Key responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain project HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments (JSA/JHA) and safe systems of work aligned with UAE regulations and client standards. Conduct regular site HSE inspections, toolbox talks, audits and HSE walk-downs; identify hazards and enforce corrective actions. Monitor and report HSE performance metrics, prepare incident/near-miss reports, lead investigations and implement root-cause corrective/preventive actions.
