HSE ADMINISTRATOR (Grading C1)
Job specification
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Certificate in Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or related qualification.
- Minimum 2β3 yearsβ administrative / hospital reception/ward reception/case management within a hospital environment or in a health and safety environment.
- Previous experience with RMA administration and injury-on-duty claim processes would be advantageous
- Experience within ISO 9001 systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and compensation fund procedures.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong administrative, organisational, and recordkeeping skills.
