Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and timeβmanagement skills.
- Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
