The HRIS Time Management Analyst supports and enhances our Time and Absence Management systems within the global HRIS team. This role focuses on system configuration, process improvement, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for system configuration, maintenance, and interface management
• Support Time and Absence processes, including data quality checks, workflow setup, and payroll integrations
• Document process maps, role definitions, and business requirements
