Job Summary:
- Maintain, support, and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data.
- Support HR operations, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the main contact for HRIS users by providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 1 3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workforce Management, or similar).
