HRIS and Payroll Maintenance and Support
Permanent, Full time (40 hours a week)
Monday to Friday
Flexi location at either Rotorua Hospital or Tauranga Hospital

About the Role
The HRIS and Payroll Maintenance and Support position provides efficient and accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records and accurate implementation of collective agreements.
* Onboarding and Offboarding of staff includes ensuring employees meet the relevant criteria to commence * Collective agreement implementations, grade translations and maintaining accurate grade tables * Transactional work actioning contractual changes for current employees * Operate as HR portal first stop to ensure staff queries are responded to efficien...
