Job Description
**About the Role**
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Human Resource Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role partners closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Operations to ensure data integrity, develop meaningful analytics, and drive process efficiencies across the organization. The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, strong Workday expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
**What Will You Own?**
+ Workday system support: Provide daily support to HR and management teams across all locations with their use of Workday β understanding processes, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed to the HRIS Manager.
+ Data integrity & governance: Gather, audit, and maintain HR data across Workday modules (HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Leave...
