Job Description:

  • Lead and contribute to global projects as the most knowledgeable global resource within multiple systems, primarily Workday.
  • Lead and conduct Workday HCM functional design, configuration, testing, and deploy to meet business needs.
  • Lead and drive Workday new features and AI adoptions, partnering with cross-functional teams. Experience with SaaS AI agent implementation is preferred.
  • Partner with IT and business owners to understand, develop, and implement HR system solutions and products, including Workday Extend.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior resources as a tech lead on technical design and best practices, impact analysis, etc.
  • Advocate for the end user and proactively recommend opportunities to streamline, simplify, and optimize the user experiences across all.
