Job description

Responsible for the full of HR function including workforce planning, organization development, learning & development, recruitment, performance management,.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention, and succession planning.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.

Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities.

Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal.
