Veterans Services Engagement & Resource Specialist-HRDI This role will work with Project Director and Evaluator to ensure compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Criteria 4.K:

• Intensive, Community-Based Mental Health Care for Members of the Armed Forces and Veterans, including all of its subsections in its entirety   Champions the provision of veterans’ services within the CCHBC program.


• Oversees in-reach, outreach, and engagement of veterans for enrollment in CCBHC.
• Develops CCBHC partnership, formal contracts and care coordination expectations with Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers, independent outpatient clinics, drop-in centers, and other facilities of the Department.
