Job Description
What the role is:
The HR Specialist is responsible for multiple essential functions, including: Leadership and talent development, organisational development, HR data analytics, performance management, and overseeing compensation and benefits; orThis role also involves leading cross-functional teams to manage these key areas, collaborating with business units to identify risks, develop responses, and design interventions that address workforce challenges affecting both their departments and ACRA as a whole.
What you will be working on:
Working under the Deputy Director, the HR Specialist supports a broad range of HR and organisational development activities, such as:
- Leadership/Talent Development β Facilitating annual talent reviews, developing targeted programmes to bridge gaps, and tracking talent metrics.
