Description

1. Works closely with Manager levels and below in Sales (Away from Home (Inc Export) & Modern Trade + Ecomm) for general personnel services on recommended organization design and workforce planning to build up sustainable organization for business growth. 
2. Represents a well-grounded, intermediate level experience of HR professional in supporting business in the talent review and succession planning process to build an effective and motivate talent pipeline. 
3. Acts independently in building strong relationships and trust with functional partners and other HR Sub-functions, support business leaders to define short term priority/plan and offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues connect with business focus/priority
