Job Description

Role Purpose:

To act as a strategic HR partner for Corporate office and south sales, driving people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership teams to enhance workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering

  • Work closely with corporate functions and south sales regional leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
