Role Overview

The HR Business Partner – Karnataka will drive end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition for 20-25 branches across the region. The role involves 60% recruitment and 40% HRBP responsibilities, ensuring smooth staffing, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinics & regional roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & agencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower plans and job briefs.
• Drive mass hiring for front-end, technical, and managerial positions.
