We are seeking an experienced Workday Report Writer to lead and support HR reporting and analytics initiatives within State Street Global HR. The role requires deep knowledge of Workday reporting tools, a strong understanding of HR data flows, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, error-free reports and dashboards while leading a small team of report developers in India

Design, build, test, and deploy advanced Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, calculated fields).
Partner with global and regional HR stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
