Job Description

The opportunity

We are looking for Managers with expertise in HRT to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration

  • Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting

  • Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice

  • Coach and guide the team to deliver high quality deliverables to clients. These deliverables vary across RFX response...
