Job Summary
As an HR trainee you will assist in the recruitment process for various departments within our organization. You will help coordinate interviews, schedule meetings and support the implementation of new hire onboarding procedures. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work on special projects related to employee engagement or other HR initiatives. This role provides valuable exposure to all aspects of human resources operations while gaining practical experience in recruitment processes and administrative tasks associated with managing personnel records.
