SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Systems Manager to oversee our global portfolio of HR systems in Jotun. As our new HR Systems Manager, you will be at the heart of Jotun’s global HR technology landscape, ensuring that our systems operate effectively and deliver value across the organization.
At Jotun, Workday is our core global HR management system (HRMS). In this role, you will lead a team of solution architects and collaborate closely with HR business owners to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HRMS landscape. A key focus will be ensuring alignment between global, regional, and local HR systems and business requirements—driving consistency, integration, and value across the organization.
The position will be in Group IT, located at our head office in Sandefjord, Norway.
